Insurance Participation

We encourage all patients to get to know their plans. A dental insurance plan is a contract between you and your carrier. Your HR may be able to help.

We will always call the insurance plan and confirm your coverage and utilize the information that they provide us with to give you an estimated out-of-pocket expense. However, it is only an estimate, and many times we don’t know how much your insurance will pay us until they’ve received your claim for the service and paid on it. Therefore, we ask that you are patient with us as we try to help you to our best ability.

Even if we’re not a participating provider with your dental insurance plan, we will cooperate with them and send in claims on your behalf. That means that the insurance will reimburse you directly, therefore, we will ask for a payment in full at time of service. Many plans pay out the same amount for in or out-of-network provider services. Check with your carrier!

Dental Insurance plans are a big financial help, however, they don’t cover all expenses. They will only pay out a certain amount each year and if your treatment cost exceeds that amount you will be responsible for the remaining balance. We try to help you out with figuring out any expenses and with planning your visits by obtaining pre-determinations for any larger procedures. Even those are only estimates, please keep that in mind.

We offer a third-party financing option, we’ll gladly apply for you or give you the application to take home. It’s a great option that allows you to set up a payment option many times with no interest. It’s called CareCredit, check it out or apply at home!
